What is SehatMatrix?
SehatMatrix (also written Sehat Matrix) is a cloud hospital management system made for Pakistan. It runs OPD, appointments, EMR, billing, lab, IPD, pharmacy, WhatsApp messaging and reports in one place, for clinics, hospitals and labs.
What is the best hospital management system in Pakistan?
The best system is the one that fits how Pakistani hospitals work: rupee billing with instalments, CNIC and 03XX phone formats, WhatsApp reminders, printing on your own letterhead, cloud access and local support. SehatMatrix is built around exactly these needs, for single clinics up to multi branch hospitals.
Is SehatMatrix also a clinic management system?
Yes. Single doctor and multi doctor clinics use SehatMatrix for tokens, appointments, prescriptions and billing, and can switch on lab, IPD and pharmacy as they grow.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SehatMatrix works in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Updates arrive automatically.
How long does it take to go live?
Most clinics go live within a few days. We set up your departments, prices, doctors and staff, import your patient list and train your team.

Features
Can patients get WhatsApp messages?
Yes. Patients receive booking confirmations, moves, cancellations and a day before reminder. Doctors can get their own notices and a daily digest.
Can I print on my own letterhead?
Yes. Prescriptions, invoices, token slips, lab reports and inpatient documents use your logo, letterhead and signature, with several designs to choose from.
Does it handle instalments and refunds?
Yes. Take payments in parts by cash, card, transfer or mobile wallet. Refunds and deletes follow an approval workflow with a full audit trail.
Is there a lab module?
Yes. Track samples, enter results with live calculations and flags, sign off and print reports. Templates support ten result formats.
Data and security
Who owns my data?
You do. Each hospital is fully isolated from every other, and you can export your records at any time.
Who can see what inside my hospital?
Access is set per role and per person. Sensitive actions such as deletes and late refunds need an admin’s approval.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch is its own isolated hospital with its own modules, staff and settings.
